<p>I&#8217;d like to share with you a little secret about how to lose belly fat, one that you have probably never heard before. As a matter of fact, this is not something that you are going to hear whenever you talk to anybody who is trying to sell your weight-loss product. You want to know why? Because the weight loss industry is not interested in helping you to lose weight. If they did so, they would lose you as a customer.</p>
<p>Even though you&#8217;re probably heard this for the majority of your life, you truly want to lose weight and burn belly fat you need to watch your diet considerably and make sure that you&#8217;re getting exercise. The fortunate thing about all of this is that when you learn the truth about how to burn belly fat, it becomes rather simplistic to do. It does not require that you deprive yourself of everything that you want or that you spend hours of time in the gym every day. It has more to do with doing things right than doing them for long periods of time.</p>
<p>The first thing that were going to discuss is the type of foods that you read. The standard American diet is full of foods that will put too much weight on your body and will do so very quickly. Unfortunately, this is the diet that the majority of us eat and if we are eating it regularly, we are probably having a problem with body fat.</p>
<p>A re-educational process is often necessary if we are truly going to lose weight and keep it off. This not only requires us to cut back on the types of foods that we are eating buttered also requires in many cases for us to cut back on the amount that we are eating. If you want a type of food that you can meet regularly that will help to cut away from your body, it is raw fruits and vegetables. <p>Something else that you&#8217;re going to need is to get some exercise regularly. It is not always necessary for you to spend countless hours in the gym in order to lose weight. As a matter of fact, it has more to do with the method that you are using and with the amount of time that you were doing so. It does not require hours of time on the treadmill, regardless of what you might&#8217;ve heard before.</p>
<p>The one way that will always work to lose body fat is to build up the muscles in your body and add lean muscle mass. Every pound of muscle that you are building when your body is going to burn 60 calories every day without any additional effort. That is why it is often recommended that you work out your lower body, since these are the larger muscles. If you add 10 pounds of muscle your body, you will be burning an extra 600 calories every day of the week.</p>
<p>What could be simpler than doing that? If you want to lose belly fat and you want to keep it off for the rest of your life, start adding raw fruits and vegetables into your diet today. It is also important that you get to the gym once or twice a week in order to build the muscles that will fire up your metabolism.</p>

<p>Im sure youve probably heard about the master cleanse diet. This diet was created some 50 years ago by an alternative medicine practitioner by the name of Stanley Burroughs. He had designed the diet to be a cleansing diet which would allow the dieter to excrete the toxins he had accumulated in his body throughout the years.</p>
<p>The diet is done by consuming nothing within the diet period but the specially made lemonade. The recipe for making this lemonade is fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. None of these ingredients can be substituted if you want the diet to take a full effect on you.</p>
<p>You cant go nosedive into the diet which means you will need to go through an ease-in period first. </p>
<p>An ease-in period is the time before you start the diet wherein you condition your body and your mind for what is to happen. <p>The main idea of the diet to rid the system of toxins accumulated through years of unhealthy living. Together with the lemonade which is to be drunk, the dieter will also have to take in laxatives to help remove those wastes.</p>
<p>The main gist of the master cleanse diet is that the dieter will need to go through a basic period of 10 days without feeding on anything except lemonade. Mind you though, the lemonade that I am talking about isnt the usual kind; it is a concoction made with lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.</p>
<p>The lemon has a few benefits that could explain for why Burroughs included it in the list of ingredients. First, it had amazing cleansing properties. Second, it is full of vitamins and minerals that it has to provide the dieter since the dieter is barred from eating any solid food. Finally, it can effectively loosen mucus in the body.</p>
<p>The cayenne pepper is also essential in the creation of the lemonade for a variety of reasons. First, it also allows for effective loosening of mucus. Secondly, it allows for the proper cleansing of the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.</p>
<p>The maple syrup only has secondary importance with regards to the other ingredients. It is necessary in order for the dieter to harness energy from.</p>
<p>Remember that you will still have to couple your lemonade with laxatives since you will be deprived of fiber throughout the entire time. You can choose a tea laxative or a salt water flush but never do the two at the same time.</p>
