<p>The approach to slimming must always be well planned, as successful weight reduction requires patience and constant dedication to a set regimen. <p>Effective weight loss programs are generally simple, but you are required to balance a daily workout routine with a properly prepared, healthy diet. A diet program can begin with lists that you can make for foods to be eaten extensively, those to be consumed sparsely and finally foods to be completely given up. This helps you create regulated consumption, and you eat only as much food as is required for healthy survival.</p>
<p>A lot of vegetables, foods with high protein content, and home-made foods together constitute a healthy diet. However, eating foods with lots of sugar or saturated fats should be always avoided. Labels mentioning constituents and nutritional value are pasted to most food products available in the supermarket these days. Do not fail to read these labels prior to purchasing food articles. Besides, some foods available in the market should be completely avoided, like junk foods which are full of calories but nothing to show for nutritional value.</p>
<p>Regular exercise is also needed to build muscles and get rid of all the excess fat. Activities such as tennis, swimming, cycling etc are often a great idea as they provide you a thorough workout. You can choose someone who has a similar schedule like you have, and engage him in your sports activities as that will always keep you encouraged and motivated.</p>

No, it does not involve chefs making you salads 3 times a day nor does it include hiring a gym trainer.</p>
<p>Im sure youve probably heard about the master cleanse diet. This diet was created some 50 years ago by an alternative medicine practitioner by the name of Stanley Burroughs. He had designed the diet to be a cleansing diet which would allow the dieter to excrete the toxins he had accumulated in his body throughout the years.</p>
<p>The diet is done by consuming nothing within the diet period but the specially made lemonade. The recipe for making this lemonade is fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. None of these ingredients can be substituted if you want the diet to take a full effect on you.</p>
<p>You cant go nosedive into the diet which means you will need to go through an ease-in period first. </p>
<p>An ease-in period is the time before you start the diet wherein you condition your body and your mind for what is to happen. For the master cleanse diet, you will need to alter your food intake to accommodate lighter meals as a preparation for when you can only drink nothing but the lemonade.</p>
<p>After the ease in period you can start with your diet. The average diet period is 10 days but then it can vary for different people. Some may want to diet more and extend it to 12 days.</p>
<p>However, a few may only be able to diet for a period of 7 days. As long as you follow the instructions meticulously it wont be a problem. Drink the lemonade anytime you need to or want to.</p>
<p>You will also need to take in some laxatives while you are going through the lemonade diet. Because of the lack of fiber in your diet you will not be able to move your bowels efficiently.</p>
<p>The laxatives are there to solve that teensy problem for you.</p>
