<p>If you want your body to run like a Ferrari, as opposed to a Yugo, you can&#8217;t expect peak performance from foods that are the equivalent of low octane. And unlike automobile fuel, you don&#8217;t have to pay more to power up with the right foods. You just have to make smart choices.</p>
<p>Slow carbs are high-octane fuel for your body.</p>
<p>Some people refer to the body as a temple, to be revered and treated with respect and integrity. For the average adult, the body is more like a Las Vegas wedding chapel. It&#8217;s real sweet going in, but that euphoria doesn&#8217;t last.</p>
<p>You need to understand the difference between Slow (Complex) and Fast (Simple) Carbs since that may help you avoid unnecessarily putting on weight. Failure to do this can actually could increase your waistline. Please stay away from the error of overlooking or slighting this important step!</p>
<p>Do not drink your calories; this is almost as import as eating the right foods</p>
<p>Drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee (without white cream), or other no-calorie/low-calorie beverages, as you like. Do not drink milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice. When battling with what to drink and eat it is going to be keep it simple and natural &#8211; that why whole grains and whole meal are better alternatives.
