Raw Food Recipes / Benefits of Juicing
? The Breath Freshener ?
INGREDIENTS:
6 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
2 Apples
1 Lemon (KEEP the peel ON!)
1 Ginger piece (as large or as small as you can stand!)
4 Celery stalks
1 Fennel bulb & leaves
1 Parsley bunch
PREPARATION:
1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever might be the best juicer for *you*. The Breville I use is here: http://bit.ly/mIrEW
2) Serve to whomever’s bad breath you wish to freshen! …and have some for yourself too, while you’re at it…

Hi, Thanks for your cool videos but the centrifugal juicers destroy the enzymes and a lot of the other good stuff that the body needs.
Try Omega 8003 juicer or the Champion juicer which cold press everything and make sorbets and nut butters etc.
