u said it girl at 3:30 “something u dont wanna do” i believe when u choose which lifestyle change road u wanna take u have to want to do it. ive been watching ur videos and u have made amazing progress and i think when u choose a lifestyle road u do wanna do..it will work out. but i have to say i love this video and i agree with it 100% we shouldnt do little fixes because like u said we always go right back to what we were doing in the 1st place. short fixes NEVER work. awesome video girl.

I agree with you, I lost most of my weight by eating they same things I always ate but just adding MORE fruit & vegetables, & exercise. We can still have the chocolates, cakes, fried foods etc but just make more sensible choices. Like if having fast food, have the meat (ie the burgers, fried chicken, bbq wings, ribs etc) but instead of say fries, have vegetables instead.

@persefanidnise thats is my point…..i see now if you try to cut out every thing u will lose the weight, but u have a greater chance at gaining it back…..cutting things out like fast food , soda, juice and junk foods is easy to do but cutting out a whole food group is insane! most of us who are over weight eat to much , and thats why we are fat

Alot weight loss isn’t really easy, I mean if it were, we’d all hav that dream body. Moderation and exercise, it is very simple, but so many of us have a prob with it.

Almost any diet will work so long as you stick with it. A low-carb, whole food approach works for me, and the “real” science supports it, but everyone’s different.
