My signature video! I haven’t done a grocery haul in FOREVER… hope you enjoy.

Since someone will inevitably ask, the recipe for Green Lemonade is below:
(Make with a JUICER! Juice in this order…)
1 head romaine lettuce
5-6 stalks kale
2 apples
1 lemon (including rind)
1 tbsp fresh ginger root

    I looove whipped cream! If you have an electric hand mixer (or want to use some arm strength with a whisk) you can really easily make your own whipped cream! It’s sooo delicious :D
    You can use half & half or fat free cream, and I use less sugar than the recipe calls for.

    OMGosh! I never even thought about the peanut thing! I have a degree in fashion and I use to own an online store that used oraginc fabrics like cotton and bamboo. I knew why to use organic cotton, but it never clicked that peanuts would absorb those harsh chemicals! Ack!

    I love organic peanut butter and have been purchasing it for the past 5 yrs!

    Why don’t you make houmous? It is so easy and then you can add corriander etc to it as you like. The other fruits for me would be things like pears, grapefruit and raspberries

    Home made pico de gallo or salsa. Still raw but great for snacks.

    Pineapple. Very cheap and so flavorful.

    Chocolate cool whip. It’s like chocolate ice cream’s skinny little sister.

    Tabouli for dinner. So good and partly raw.

    Gazpacho- cold veggie soup.

    Be careful with Mercury. It can derail your raw food attempt. It’s very toxic to a clean system.

    hey like your vids. i been doing proper nutrition, eating right and keeping physically active for years. something i would have to also suggest is instead eating 3 square meal, try eating 6 a day, this will help regulate your metabolism. also try eating some type of protein every meal, stay away from any type of sugar, this will turn into fat. i like to eat a even amount of brown rice, beans, yams and whole grain spaghetti with veggies. also stay under 10% fat from calories to fat calories.

    You should try this…I think it is called soy whip. You can get it on the dairy isle with the whipped cream in whole foods. It’s a healthy whipped cream made from soy. It only has 10-15 calories per serving and it is the same texture of whipped cream. It has a slight nut undertone to it, its delicious.
