    @rey777777, Who? Message me if you prefer. I did a watermelon feast myself for 10 days and gained weight so I know watermelon can make you gain weight. Bananas on the other hand have a high glucose to fructose ratio and are better absorbed. There is a difference between carrying body fat and being fat. Are these people quite muscular or soft looking? How much do they exercise a day? You can burn fructose off if you’re riding a bike ten miles a day. A fatty liver doesn’t mean you are fat.

    Where is the milk going? The snicker bar?
    youlance29 I am a chef and do eat rare meat, and take responsibility as kevin calls for and I agree. Those combinations that you have going on are bad.

    @gargoyl0 I wish that were true. If it is, that would mean that I should eat nothing but potatioes and fish in the winter, because nothing grows here during winter. Doesn’t sound healthy to me :(

    Finally some info in rawfood and body types, I’m typical vata, and I find that raw food is hard to fit into a vata diet.

    Ok we will say that you eat 30 Bananas at 105 calories x 30 =3150
    Two philly cheese steaks = 3308 calories. Now what are those bananas doing for you, where are they going on your body? Where are those pilly cheese steaks going? No nutrition, straight to your a**.

    @rey777777 I had doubt about the 30 bananas a day type diet until I try it. It seemsto be working alot better for me than hat fat raw diet. I eat about 13 bananas and a variety of other fruits a day, and a big salad at night and green juicing once or twice a day. And my health has been getting better and better since I started this 2 months ago.

    Sustainability. …
    Sustainability. What Daniel Vitalis says that what your body needs grows all around you, It’s true. This is what is being said down below, ” a healthy person lives in a tropical area and is very active can thrive on a high fruit diet,” high fruit yelds growth in those areas. Other regions of the world have the plants that you need to survive. Sustainability.

    @ButchBerryMusic, …
    @ButchBerryMusic, whoa, now that’s ignorant don’t you think? A black man and a white man sit in the sun naked for two hours during the summer. The next day the black man feels great and the white man has burned skin and can barely move. One man is going to process vitamin D differently from the other also. We are all genetically different inside as well as outside (skin color) and need different amounts of different things.

    @723465, I’ve tried …
    @723465, I’ve tried many diets and I have to say I do not see much benefit in a high fruit diet. I think a healthy person that lives in a tropical area and is very active can thrive on a high fruit diet, but most people are not healthy. Leaves are for healing. The liver cannot process high amounts of fructose at one time. That’s scientific fat. The remaining fructose is stored as fat.

    I’ve seen the benefits of cutting out fruit sugars myself until the body is healed.

    Why do you think GMO’s, high froctose corn syrup, and the bovine hormone are illegal in the U.K. and most of Europe.
