im 19 years old been lifting 6 years. Im 5 ft 10 178lbs at about 9-10% bodyfat. The bulk of my diet consist of kashi heart healthy cereal in the morning. Peanutbutter. Turkey, tuna sandwiches, smoothies all fruit i work at jamba juice lol. OATMEAL. Tons of oatmeal. And rice chicken whole foods pizza spaghetti etc. Once in a great while i eat fast food but only once a week at the most for one meal. I take in about 3200-3600 cals per day. Im bulking ritght now is that a decent meal plan?

@shadowranger123 Not at all, split your normal meals into smaller ones and eat every 2-3 hours. I am working out for 4 years now, but I messed up my body due to personal issues at the end of last year (less training, junk food, etc.). I gained 15kg (33 lbs) which I didn’t need, in 2 months! Then I “woke up” and changed my habits for the new year. It took me 4 months to get rid of the fat. I dont want to lose more weight, just change fat to muscles. A fat percentage of 10% is my goal (13-14% atm)

@shadowranger123 Breakfast ist the most important meal of the day, dont skip it. It tells your body to start burning calories. I have a strange meal plan, but it works (for me): Mo-Fr: discipline, ONLY healthy food, small meals, every 2 or 3 hours. Sa-Su: I can eat/drink whatever/as much as I want. Last saturday I ate 7,000 calories (1k chocolate, 1k beer… ^^) I can do that because I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week and I jog 50km (31miles) every week. Good cardio is also very important!

I don’t eat breakfast, I don’t eat dinner, I eat supper. And thats almost it.
