For the last couple months I’ve been on a “trend” eating like 5 chocolate bars each evening. I heard your tip about focusing on your food, so I bought the small individually wrapped chocolates like you get with coffee sometimes. I ate one after lunch, and one after dinner, really focusing on the taste and texture as it melted on my tongue. I just lost 4 pounds in one week, I can’t quite believe it. THANK YOU! BTW it was dark chocolate and I always had an apple in my purse for a snack.

If you need an energy boost try raisins! They won’t way you down so you can exercise and they give you a sugar boost yet they’re good for you too
