Good and helpful video with nice nuggets about what benefits each thing does! One thing that I was hoping to see is Flax, I do feel like Flax is a superfood with the omega-3 and good for digestion/bowels, maybe you could do a vid on Flax if you haven’t already done one in the past. Blueberries are also a superior anti-oxidant, but more costly and less readily available.

Well, my digestion is ok. It’s the same when I eat them twice a day, or If I don’t eat them at all:) They don’t actualy have any effect on me, but on the internet there’s a lack of information about them from the point of Raw food eaters. Once I’ve heard one guy said “prunes are not very good, they are like nature’s candy”

you can eat natural …
you can eat natural sea salt, as well. if its unprocessed, its great for the body. 90 essential minerals. granted, its 7-9 dollars a pound, but a pound of raw salt goes a long way for a raw foodist. one pound will last me months. spinkle it on salads, and in juices. it makes a juice mix taste more complex.
