eat whatever the hell you want as long as you keep it under 1800 calories aday
ice cream mayonace pizza 
just make sure you dont go pass 1800 calories
so if you are going out with friends you can eat but skip lunch
or if you ate alot on luch reduce your dennier
it doesnt matter what you eat all food will be turned to calories and if its more than what your body need it will turn it to fat and store it
