    U also need to learn about supplementation, it’s like 90% of the whole process… If u don’t supplement right u don’t get the results, who knows how much and what Ronnie takes, I’ve seen pics of him b4 he became pro, his legs are serious genetic limitation, and the only way to overcome genetic limitations is to take some strong shit, that I’ll leave alone. So anyway, u’d be surprised, some of these guys in off-appearances eat like 2 XXL pizza’s in one sitting, they need mad carbs, but few admit.

    Shows how much u know about BB… U think they are ripped year round? U know how much wear and tear getting ready for a competition does? They prepare anywhere from 6-12 weeks b4 a competition, rest of the year when there aren’t shows they are eating like pigs, burgers, pizza, like that.

    In this clip Ronnie is saying that he curbed lot of the junk as he changed his diet, but someone asked a question and I answered it.

    Nah dood, he still ate junk, just not as much… He prob was fibbing on some of the he was saying. There is one basic fact about the body, it requires certain things to function, and everyone has a different quantity they need. If he was to cut out all his junk food he would crash so hard and become 500lbs.

    So what he had to do was slowly curb the carb intake and up the protein intake, and spread out intake and portions of the junk food. Anyone who body builds would know the truth.
