Does anyone have diet plans that have worked?

I’m trying to set up a diet plan to help me lose weight. I plan on walking everyday to begin with. Does anyone have any plans that have worked for them?

    Smaller meals and cut down on sugar. I found this out by accident actually when I was 17 and got stuck with braces for 2 years! I didn’t need to lose weight but I did because I ate smaller portions and less sugar as I hated dealing with the braces and wanted to keep them clean. I dropped 20 pounds in less than 2 months! I had to make my self gain weight back haha.

    Walking is good. How far/long to you walk?

    I always use a stationary bike with walking as well. Doesn’t need to be on the same day. About 40 mins to an hour an bike. Plus weight lifting. Plus sit ups. Plus dancing. =)

    The best diet is no diet, because if you’re not on one you can’t fall off of it. The thing to do is to change your lifestyle completely. Change your eating habits, cut out a couple of bad things, I cut out bread and butter, (not every day of my life), but for the most part. If you drink a lot of cokes, stop, I don’t drink coffee, tea, cokes, milk, only beer and water, lol, so I didn’t have to cut back on much more in that area. Eat a lot of fruit, and green veggies, and fish and white meat chicken and some pork. I do love a steak occassionally. Just use your head and make out a plan that works for you and that’s that. It did take me 1 yr. to lose 30 pounds. I wasn’t really trying to lose the weight, but just started my change in eating, and it took nearly 1 year. I still stick to the healthy eating, well, for the most part, outside of the fact that I ate 5 frozen snicker bars the other day. I’m 115. Since the raid on the freezer the other day, though, I’m not gonna have any more frozen treats for quite some time. Say it’s will power, or you could just say I’m kinda burned out on frozen snickers for a while. lol. Good luck.

    Eat less, burn more. Do this and you will lose weight,., but you must stick to it or nothing will happen.
