I want to get back into shape, but unfortunately do not have all the time, and or money to go to a gym daily. Any suggestions?

well you shouldnt go to the gym daily anyway, when i started going 3 times a week i saw it made a difference. also there is plenty of exercise you can do at home, like go for a run in the morning, workout with a dvd, dance mat, anything.
And aswell as drinking lots of water, eat food you know is good for you and cut down on snack food.

    Google some at home circuit workouts, circuits are a great way to get back into shape!

    Make sure you are drinking enough water, cut out non-diet sodas, and walk! If you can afford a cheap pedometer then you can track your steps. Try to get 5,000 steps a day then work up from there. Walking is a cheap way to get some exercise. Find some creative ways to get some extra steps and you will see a difference.

    I lost pounds eating big breakfasts, moderate lunches, and small dinners.
    And then no food after 9 (or, if you do have a late night craving, satisfy it with fruit instead).
    On that note, stop buying processed food for snacks, and instead start eating fruits/vegetables/nuts. In addition, cut down on your red meats/pork intake. When possible, Opt for white meats instead.
    Follow these simple, easy guidelines and I can guarantee you will loose weight.
