I fought with weight loss for years. Listen, I know where you’re coming from, or you wouldn’t be here. I felt the embarrassment and humiliation. I have been the joke. I have cried. I know the pain when you look at thin people and envy them just for being thin, while you suffer. They don’t even know. I know I can do the weight loss thing and be successful this time. I just needed the solution to get out of the rut. And I knew I would find it. Because I had hope.
Count calories? Experts say counting is the true way to lose weight because 3500 Calories is one pound of fat. I’ve counted, and weighed my food, and tallied my points. I’ve increased my MUFAs and gained weight. How about the Hoodia pills? What the heck is coming next, an Oprah Diet? Oh, yeah, Oprah now has one, and Atkins, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystems, and Weight Watchers and the next and the next. Even Jarrod from the Subway ads has a diet. And you say, “Yeah, but a diet? UGH!” Low carb, Key West, grapefruit, low calorie diet food? Yuck! What happened to FLAVOR? A nice chocolate milkshake might be my friend, but a diet? No. Not my friend.
I’ve tried the diets. More than that, I have been through all of the bad things, the humiliation, the jokes the embarrassments. I hated every minute of it. I made a promise to myself that it was going to stop. Now it is time for you to do the same. I have faced the same things that brought you to this article, and after all of the diets, all of the attempts, I have found a weight loss program that is really working. This is it for me. You have to find your program!
Find the one that you need. Find the diet that you have been looking for. Find real weight control. Do it now! You know what you have to lose, think what you can gain. It is time to take action…..
Now is the time to do it. Or do nothing and remain as you are. How’s that for simple? Make a choice and take the action that goes with it. Remember this: If you agree to do something, but don’t do it, it’s the same as though you didn’t agree in the first place. If you want to lose weight, lose it. Or settle for less.
