Actually, the reason (or so I have been told) that
aspartame is considered dangerous, is that in the
a person’s body aspartame is converted into
formeldahyde before being secreted out by sweat, if
not urine. Now, a certain amount of formeldahyde in
the body is not considered toxic. But when “they” did
the calculations it was found that the amount of
formaldehyde produced in the body is greater than
the accepted dosage, according to Canadian Health
Authorities, and I suspect, the FDA.
