I’ve been on a lo-carb diet for over 14 years. The amount of cholesterol I consume should qualify me for a French Passport, yet my chol is around 143-152 for over a decade. My triglycerides are also well within normal limits.
Lo-carb diets are simply the best. You get your blood sugar at a healthy range and get off the glycemic roller-coaster and the pounds melt away, even without exercise.
I’m sick of bogus experts claiming “they” have proven otherwise. Lo-carb is the best way to lose weight!
