I know he’s achieved results…but since then he hasn’t kept it up like he should have. It’s like he fell off the wagon after he got to the destination. Once he reached his goals, he should have set higher goals to give him something to work toward. His only problem is that he did a 12 week program, not a lifestyle change. Still, credit to him for trying to teach others.

these results are certainly possible. at my peak i weighed 247lbs. and was pretty upset by what was happening to my once athletic body. i did tons of research and learned what foods to eat and worked out as often as i could without hurting myself. i did A LOT of cardio at first and then added weight training as i was able. people who arent overweight dont realize how hard it is to work out when you are overweight. but dont let that be an excuse. the fact is, consistent effort produces results.
