    eating cholesterol is not going to cause cholesterol to stick to your arteries…that is caused by mild scurvy which is due to a lack of vitamin C. I eat well more than 2 eggs a day and my cholesterol is 154 :) Carbs are a completely unnecessary nutrient, you can find that in any college biology textbook. you need protein to regenerate and fat for energy. That is optimal.

    And, the regular standard rice is a grass, and,… ‘wild rice’ is of course a grass too.

    I agree 100% 1 egg = 80 % of daily cholestrol. and 2 would be reason to carry a shovel to dig your grave. do this daily and get ready for a by-pass if you live.The body only needs 20-30 grams of protein a day on average so get it from spinach, a food that converts well in the body with proper levels of mag and calcuim and can make you like popeye.Most all Greens period should take #1-5 then carbs then proteins.I dont know who you are but theres not 1 nutrionist that would say eat 2 eggs a day!!

    If you think stevia tastes bad or has a flavor at all then you may be using far too much. I use the VERY tiny scoop (like a barbie sized ladle) that comes with my stevia. I take about 7 somewhat level scoops to add to 4 quarts of iced tea. Needless to say my bottle of stevia has been lasting us a VERY long time. Worth the money.. lasts much longer than sugar and very sweet. :D
