The master cleanse diet is a famous diet that flocks of people have already tried to lose weight. The reason why there is much talk about it is because of the fact that it does work.

The man behind the master cleanse diet is Stanley Burroughs and the diet has existed for almost 60 years now. The diet which Burroughs claimed was the answer for all kinds of disorders was what he came up with after years in the field of alternative medicine.

Mind you though, the lemonade that I am talking about isnt the usual kind; it is a concoction made with lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

The lemon has a few benefits that could explain for why Burroughs included it in the list of ingredients. First, it had amazing cleansing properties. Second, it is full of vitamins and minerals that it has to provide the dieter since the dieter is barred from eating any solid food. Finally, it can effectively loosen mucus in the body.

The cayenne pepper is also essential in the creation of the lemonade for a variety of reasons. First, it also allows for effective loosening of mucus. Secondly, it allows for the proper cleansing of the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.

The maple syrup only has secondary importance with regards to the other ingredients. It is necessary in order for the dieter to harness energy from.

Remember that you will still have to couple your lemonade with laxatives since you will be deprived of fiber throughout the entire time. You can choose a tea laxative or a salt water flush but never do the two at the same time.
