Greek yogurt is …
Greek yogurt is better with Honey.
I have mine with honey (less than 1oz) a low fat granola and some sort of dried fruit & like her almonds.
i’ll have to try the kashi cereal.
PS this is better for children for breakfast than sugary cereals. It’s WAY higher in protien (20g in a cup) and if you have honey and berries the sugars in these items are processed slower and stay with them till lunch.

Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.

Fellow Christians, …
Fellow Christians, There is a “hate crimes bill” S.909 that was devised by the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith in order to criminalize Christianity. Any Good Christian who stands up for traditional marriage or who protests the millions of babies murdered by abortion will be subject to jail time like in Canada. Check out truthtellers and watch Rev. Ted Pike’s videos explaining the danger and then call your Senators toll free at 877-851-6437 and tell them NO on S.909. Save our Constitution

I love Fage Total …
I love Fage Total Yogurt from Greece. But it is recommended to eat the Regular not the Fat Free.
The fat helps to prevent calcium deposits in the joints. Its actually healthier for you.
A little expensive but a great alternative to Sour Cream. Of course it has a lot less Lactose than the unstrained Yogurts. Can’t say enough good things about this yogurt.

Chill out. Cultures always steal from each other (spaghetti?). It’s not surprising that Greece and Turkey would influence each other given their geographical locations.

ok first of all Im …
ok first of all Im greek, let just clear sometihng, the greeks are not stealing anything from anybody, there’s something called cultural influence, the Turks took over Greece in the 1800s, obviously there is going to be a gradual cultural influence is food, music, fashion and so on. The Greeks and the Egyptians frequently traded with each other, yea they are going to borrow ideas with each other. So stop saying Greeks are stealing, that is completely childish.
